Sale was a mess and had to be canceled. Seller emailed me, after I paid for the device, requesting 1-2 additional days to mail the device due to medical issue; I agreed to wait up to 4 calendar days for him to send the device. Five days later with no tracking number or message form the seller, I messaged seller noting that he didn’t ship the product; I also asked for Swappa help. Seller messaged that he was still recovering and could not enlist a friend to help ship the device. Swappa advised the seller to refund which he did. Neutral rather than negative rating given only because seller reported being physically unable to send device.
