Communication was great, shipping was fast, and the iPad came just how it was described. However, the Apple Pencil tip had a slight bent. The pencil works fine but the but seeing the bent was disappointing. If I would have known about the bent It would have impacted my decision to purchase the product.

Phone arrived promptly and was in excellent condition, as advertised. Original box, shipped separately, was received 2 weeks later, as agreed. Communication with seller was great.
