The item I received was better than what I saw listed. The seller mentioned that decals that were shown in the pictures would be removed, and I was a bit worried about residue remaining. But you wouldn't even be able to tell if there were ever any decals on this. Tiny cosmetic damage, as described and shown. Laptop works great, and this review is a little late because I hadn't yet had time to really look the things over. But I type this review on the laptop and am quite pleased with it! First Swappa purchase, and certainly not the last. At least from this purchase, you can trust this seller's descriptions.
