Phone shipped was not the same one that was ordered and it was damaged. When I returned it seller said it was damaged in the mail by hot coffee and could not get the phone to turn on. That is why I returned it as the power button did not work and I couldn't get it to turn on. I filed an insurance claim and they denied the claim based on the seller advertising it as 'mint condition'. I am out $274. I will never do business with him again.

Decent Shipping, Excellent processing time, Bad battery. Could have gone to eBay to get Lying sellers shipping out bad items claiming they are in great condition. Think twice before ordering.

Device was in working condition however was not in the condition (mint) that it was described, device had scuffs on the corners as well as flecking on the top of the device: http://i.imgur.com/H4MMi8W.jpg, http://i.imgur.com/NDRxlQl.jpg, http://i.imgur.com/HH2HRsJ.jpg. The charger had also fallen apart in transit, which the seller has sent me a different one, which is nice. Outside of that the seller was fast to respond and sent the device the next day after purchase. Be cautious and ask for photos to verify condition when buying.

Bought Iphone 5, was advertised as a Verizon unit ..turned out be an ATT version. Bunch of costs incurred trying to activate, no apology for false advertising and no offer to reimburse return costs.

Be careful while buying his listed items. There could be hidden gaps between description and actual part. For me, there was a cut on top left portion of Ipad, but such cut was covered by sticker . And It was lightly mentioned as cover for engraving, when I opened..very disappointed. Contacted seller, stopped responding after pinpointing for arranging return shipment. Finally I had to pay for return shipment. Afterwards is big story, though item delivered by USPS at William's mail box, he kept denying that he didn't receive Ipad. Could be that, he don't want to return money even after collecting returned ipad. Then I contacted Paypal, Thanks to Paypal. They reviewed the case reversed the transaction. I don't think every one will be successful. Even for me, its just a chance that I received money back. So Its your risk to purchase from this seller.

Item was in very good condition, but to claim it was NEW is a little over. The front looks perfect, but the back has a few scratches if you look from certain angles. Since the box looks a little odd compared to an original one I have, I was a little nervous. But phone was activated easily without any hiccup.

The phone was described as "Mint" in the project description. When the phone arrived, the case was cracked in (3) places. These are very small cracks and from what I can tell do not have any effect on the phones operation,
