We had a misunderstanding with the model number and I needed to return the phone. Seller communicated with me every day while we worked out the issues and refunded my money as soon as I sent back the device. Trust is important on sites like this and it's good to know when something goes wrong that you're able to work it out without trouble.

Didn't give me the tracking information, but phone/accessories looks exactly like the pictures! Very happy.
