I purchased this device late on a Friday night, and the seller went out of his way to take it to a UPS location on Saturday. He kept me informed every step of the way. He documented a few minor scuffs in the listing, which were visible in the photographs, but I've only been able to find one on the actual unit, so the condition is actually better than advertised. It was wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap, placed in a double-layer box, and buffered with foam packing peanuts, so it arrived in exceptional condition. I would not hesitate for a moment to do business with this guy again; it was a flawless transaction!
