Seller never mailed the phone then did nothing but play games and drag it out. Lied about shipping and didn't ship until after I filed with Paypal. Paypal had to step in and refund. AVOID THIS SELLER.

Alex was great. At no fault of his, the brand new phone had factory defects. Alex acknowledged the issue, offered to refund the phone, and was accommodating in its return. He's one of the good ones on Swappa!

Great device, in great condition - I can barely see the scratches shown in the picture myself.
Only one thing I noticed that was not mentioned - towards the middle bottom of the screen when in a landscape perspective, there is a little bit of light bleed - a common issue for this device. Other than that, everything works great and I'm very happy. Thank you, Alex!

The Iphone was in pretty good shape. There is a bit of separation of the screen from the body so light is viable. This was not mentioned in the description when I bought the phone. Its not a huge issue but still something I would have like to have known before hand. Alex responded to my messages fairly quickly and it took 7 days overall from the day I bought the phone to the day I got it. The phone was wrapped in just a few paper napkins and mailed U.S.P.S so how the thing made it to my home undamaged is unknown to me. The price was right for what I got and it works fine... other than the known issues will ISO 10.0.2. Overall I would buy from Alex again, I would just ask for more pictures and a better description of the phone before hand to know exactly what's coming.
