I don't want to spoil a perfect rating with a negative, so will go neutral. Phone camera coating was rubbed off and picture quality absolutely horrible. Seller called it "normal wear and tear" I've bought over 10 phones on Swappa and have never had an issue. An unworkable camera on a cell phone is not normal. The seller also did not offer to take the phone back, again, not customer-friendly in any way. Just check your phones folks-- I did not immediately check it upon arrival because of all of the previous perfect Swappa experiences. Be well!

Forget that. Negative rating. I can't use this thing and haven't touched it since opening the dispute chat. So, yes, unfortunately it was a "Bad sale, thumbs down."
