Melissa is thee best! I bought this "mint" condition phone, which is really "brand new" since the reason she put "mint" is so mediocre that I can't even tell when I received it. She shipped out the same day & it arrived 2 days later. I had originally bought the phone at a low price already, but 13hrs later I checked the listings & saw there were 3 new "new(resale)" listings that were $40-50 cheaper! I made an odd request to see if she'd be willing to adjust her price for me, & what do you know, she agreed. Not to that full extent, but she did by $30 :) I couldn't believe I got so lucky w/ such a sweet seller! I truly believe she's in the best interest of her customer's happiness/satisfaction. But don't let this review tempt you to do the same cuz she did say it was a special exception considering the conversation we had. Also, her response rate is fairly quick, which was helpful. I can tell she's very personable even through text :)

Update 07/28/2016: I am happy to say that I can change my 1 star rating back to a 5. Melissa and her husband worked hard to resolve my phone issue and make things right. I would and will definitely buy from them again now that I know they do business with integrity!

UPDATE 07/25/2016: IMEI was found to be carrier and activation locked. Phone cannot be used outside of metro and after today maybe not them either. Highly dissatisfied.

Got the phone looks great. Since it is unlocked and we do not have a sim card for the USA we will try it when we return to the Philippines next month. Thanks
