Excellent!

Found that the phone has been reported lost or stolen and is blacklisted by at least one US cell phone carrier. Phone can not be activated on the T-Mobile network. Melissa has not been able to help with this and insists that the phone is unlocked even after being shown proof using swappa's imei checker. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

Received the phone quickly, but after three weeks of use the device was deactivated by AT&T because the IMEI was on the blacklist. Seller was unable to get the device removed from blacklist, but did offer a refund. I shipped the phone back and received a refund of the purchase price. The return shipping was at my own cost.

This was my first purchase from Swappa. I was hesitant, as could be expected, however, my co-workers (in the software business) assured me that Swappa was reputable and trusted. The seller of the iPad 9.7 is "Melissa." Her presentation of the product was excellent and she answered my questions in seconds. The purchase went flawlessly and I received the items within two working days. I unpackaged the iPad, keyboard-case and charging cables. All were carefully protected with plenty of bubble-wrap and the correct amount of packing tape. I'm sure it had a safe ride from the east coast to the west coast. I plugged the device in and, though I haven't tested it yet, I was pleased to see that it had an 85% charge already. I am confident that Melissa sold me a product that I will be very happy with. Absolutely, a 5-Star transaction in every aspect of "the deal." Thank you for making my first purchase a positive one.

This is my first time experience with Swappa and used it to purchase a phone for teenage daughter who had broken her phone after 2 years. Extremely satisfied with purchase of IPHONE 6s. Phone shipped same day I ordered it, was carefully packaged for delivery, and was just as described. Took phone to my carrier for transfer of SIM card and everything on phone works great. Daughter happy with new phone and mom happy with price! I have 2 other daughters as well and will be using Swappa and hopefully Melissa in the future.
