shipping and communication was great post sale. I was just bummed that on a water resistant phone it was not mentioned that the USB port for charging would not stay closed as this can be and issue. From photos alone you would NEVER know this. Overall condition other than that was as pictured and described. - **Update changed to 4 stars because seller was so helpful in trying to resolve, this is what the swappa community is all about.
