Ok I'm sorry thank you so much for being so reasonable with this situation. I don't think I'll be buying a different phone from you, I am sorry. I really needed this phone to work this week but it didn't. I can't spend more time getting another phone just to have to return it.

Great experience extremely fast shipping the phone is in good shape i would buy from this seller again .....

godawful experience- requested some simple paperwork if it was available- not the case (apparently). Instead of asking if I wanted a refund or to continue the transaction without the paperwork, I received notification that my order had been canceled!! No discussion or anything.

I figured a 'wholesaler' would have documentation of goods sold at her 3 stores. Oh well. Response times were also very sporadic.

Swappa staff was helpful explaining the situation and got things resolved. The rating of 3 stars is the mandatory minimum for a review where the transaction was not complete and monies were refunded.

EDIT: The actual seller acknowledged what happened and tried to work with me on getting the situation resolved, however the phone I had bough really did not have a return policy. This seller did try to make things right and smooth things over. Very understanding and apologetic. If I could I would have returned my phone and bought off of this seller.
