Once again great transaction wise communication decent Fed Ex was slow but only because of the 4th of July Holiday which I understand. However, after this transaction was complete the spam started from the retailer site that this seller is attached to. Phone was in great condition. Shipping was fast. And most importantly the phone works/activated without any trouble.

EDIT:
After a some time with the phone, we noticed that the voice mail didn't work correctly. It turns out this phone isn't a proper Verizon phone.

EDIT 2: Seller offered a refund, but I ended up giving it to a relative to use. Very happy for the offered refund

I received the phone. It looks good, it was fully charged, and it did turned on but I won't be able to tell how well it works until I buy a SIM card in Finland where I will be using the phone for a year starting in July 19.
