My Galaxy Note 4 (T-Mobile) was shipped on the day of the sale on a Friday and arrived the following Monday. The device had been listed as in "Good" condition but overall it was better than that. The only evident flaw was a small gouge in the metal of one corner of the exterior (not the screen) which will be covered by a case. It accepted my SIM card and I made a call via T-Mobile right away. My SD card was also accepted. All buttons were fine. I ran benchmarks and they were as expected. A few hours after setting it up, T-Mobile contacted the device with an OTA update from Android 5.1.1 (with which it arrived) to 6.0.1, and that went flawlessly. I also triggered a security update to the firmware offered by T-mo through the interface and that also completed without incident. The price was really good and this vendor delivered more quickly and in a better condition than was promised.

Fuzzy-sounding speaker, but an expected flaw for a used device. Overall, working great. Thank you!

Device came as said, in decent coniditon. The SIM card holder was hard to get out but that wasn't too big of an issue.
