Item has been a great purchase. I initially had to work with Apple as the device appears to have been intended as a display model (sample photos installed, etc), but since getting the iPad setup and updated, I've had no issues.

BUYERS BEWARE. Seller described phone as flawless but phone had scratches. Said it had never been taken apart and had all original parts but the SIM tray IMEI number did not match the phones IMEI. Claimed he did not send phone with damage. After being shown video evidence of damage, seller agreed to refund me my money. Sent phone back and provided him with a tracking number. After return was delivered to him, seller stopped responding to all communication from myself and Swappa admin. Had to file a Paypal claim to get my money back.

The phone came as expected in mint condition. Seller responded to all correspondence in a timely manner. Great experience!
