In brief, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! The seller misrepresented the condition of the phone. Upon notification, the seller was rude, argumentative, accusatory, and even personally insulted me. The insults continued throughout the exchange even as I remained professional and courteous. The seller wouldn't accept a return until Swappa stepped in and forced the return. When I returned the phone the seller said he would only be issuing a partial refund. I currently have a case with PayPal to get my money back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
