This seller is one of those too good to be true sellers. I would, in a heart beat, buy from again. The seller kept great communication, knew I was going to submit the device in for warranty, and helped me through the process. There were a couple of issues, one with shipping, and one with item description. Seller refunded some money to buy a new watch band and as a buyer, I understand what the seller went through in regards to shipping.
