Phone is as indicated and it came with the USB charger in a timely manner. However, the item description also indicated that it would come with a wall charger, which it did not. But then, while it was mentioned in the description it was not mentioned under the section that listed the accessories coming with the phone, so mostly it was unclear. While I'm not really bothered by it, I don't really think I can give five stars because of it.

Still, I wouldn't have any problem buying something from the seller in the future, were I to want\need another phone that they were selling.

Great phone, awesome price. Bought 8 months ago from this seller, but just remembered to login and leave feedback!

The posting was for "New" but what was shipped was different. It had scratches on the device and stylus. The original box along with user manual was not there. Battery backup is only for 2 hours even though the device claims for 4 at least.

Disappointed with this purchase, could not return the good as I'm located outside states.

All around, easy to deal with. Shipping time had nothing to do with seller. Satisfied customer.
