Joseph refunded me when the phone didn’t work and responded properly.

Phone was a bit more marked up than described, with some scratches in the screen and some damage to the frame of the phone (the sides.) Ultimately not a big enough deal for a return, but it should've been listed as "good" instead of "mint" and at a lower price with this result.
