Seller cancelled sale because phone did not work. It was listed as NEW(RESALE) whichI don't understand the problem. Refunded my money but there is a hold on it so I can't use the money. I also purchased a case for the phone so now I have to buy a G3.
Overall bad experience with seller.

Fast delivery, very well packaged, exactly as described and excellent communication. [UPDATE] Unfortunately the phone was blocked three days after I activated it. The carrier told me the IMEI (on a new phone) was bad. In fairness to the seller, they responded immediately, talked to me on the phone and offered me a replacement or refund. I got a refund which was paid immediately on return without issue. It did cost me return shipping (something I don't agree with given the circumstances but this was the seller's shipping policy) and was an inconvenience. Some people would give a seller 1 star in this scenario but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt given their response. Would be better of course if they did not sell phones with a bad IMEI.
