Tanya did a great job with shipping and communications and the device fired right up upon receipt and the unit is near perfect. I have not activated the device because it is larger than I expected and I may opt for a smaller overall device, through no fault of Tanya or Swappa, I just need to visualize better since I do work that often snags a phone on my belt if it is too large.
