I am dissatisfied with both the seller and this device. I was willing to pay this slightly high price since I was in need and this was listed as Mint Condition. It arrived very quickly. BUT the pull-out keyboard isn't in perfect working order. Several keys do not work at all, and if I press them long, or too firmly, other nearby letters get typed instead. I have spent a lot of time deleting random letter B's from my texts and emails. So this should never have been labeled as Mint, and should not have been at Mint price. And telling me I'm probably just not typing correctly is BS.

However I will keep it: there are no others of this model currently available, and as a very busy single parent, I don't have time or money to start looking all over again or to change phones AGAIN. It's okay. I'm not thrilled like I was with my previous Swappa'ed phone, but this will do.
