Received the item in a timely manner. Only problem was that it had half the storage that it was advertised as having (it had 32GB instead of 64GB). This is a big deal to me, but I needed a phone so I'm keeping it. Anyhow, that makes me neutral on the received product as I would have bought a different one in mint condition that included cords instead of this one with minor scratches that I thought had more memory.
