Beware!!! Ordered a Pixel 4 XL and I received an empty box.

**BEWARE of this seller** Bought a Pixel 4XL phone that was promised to be shipped in a couple of days but this never happened. Seller did not communicate ever again. Had to open a PayPal dispute to get my hard earned money back.

Seller stated he was going to overnight the phone to me. I never heard anything back after that. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Do not buy from this seller.

Very poor seller. Would not address a refund then lied about not receiving item. Had to open a dispute with PayPal which ultimately was settled in my favor.

Seller sent a defective phone with a bad display, and refused to accept a return. He violated Swappa's policies, and Swappa staff even said that I should file a dispute with Paypal. He said he "wasn't Walmart" and was adamant that he would end up winning the dispute. He was wrong, and lost the dispute. Full amount was refunded to me by Paypal.

Sellers like this should be banned from Swappa. They give Swappa a bad reputation. Buying a phone should be stress-free, and when sellers feel like they can bully buyers, there's no point in buying here.

In the end we were all losers: I lost time, the seller lost money and his reputation, and Swappa lost a sale and their reputation as well.

I ended up buying from a seller on Ebay with a 30 day free return policy.
