I am giving this seller 5 stars. We had some problems with shipping but they were beyond his control. The phone arrived in the exact condition as described. The only suggestion I have for the seller is to be a bit more proactive in tracking his devices and keeping the seller informed if there's a problem and what is being done to remedy the problem.
