In the 10 years I have been buying things on-line, I have never purchased from someone with such personal customer service as Rudramurthy. He was patient, responsive, and helpful. I appreciated him listing the phone at a reasonable price, not wasting time listing high and bartering back down to the average selling price. A complication arose with PayPal leaving out my address but he communicated the problem and was patient as I resolved the issue. The shipping took longer than what he had payed for but I appreciated that he sent an image of the shipping receipt containing my address and the tracking number. The delay was clearly from the shipping company and not his fault. After receiving the phone, I was uncertain about some details. He responded to my questions quickly and even searched out reports to help resolve my questions. I strongly recommend purchasing from Rudramurthy.
