Bought a “Mint” condition iPhone 13 Pro Max & it came within 3 days. The condition is immaculate, looks brand new, not even a scratch on the body or the screen. All components are Genuine Apple; not some cheap refurbished phone you’ll find a lot on this website. Everything came as described!

Phone was received in same condition as photos and description. Shipping was fast considering how far the seller is from myself. Once shipped, took 2 days to get to me.

Shipping was a little bit long, but that was not something that I blame on the seller. I think USPS messed up. It is a bit of a bummer and there’s a tiny scratch on the screen, but I will deal with it.

Everything was as described and shipped quickly

I bought an iPhone 12 with 95% battery health and was shipped one with 86%.

Tiny scratches on top and bottom of the phone, but a case is going on it regardless so it won’t make a difference. Beyond that, front and back glass, and camera lenses are in perfect condition. Also came a day earlier which is appreciated

The listing described the phone as in "Excellent" condition with minor wear and tear. It was not. It has at least two deep display scratches that are very expensive to remove, that were not revealed in the description or the pictures. I would not have paid the premium price if these defects had been revealed. Very misleading.
