I edited my rating because I have still yet to receive accommodations for a faulty charger Manu provided. It was not the original charger that came with the phone, but a Amazon bought one that I didn't learn of until picking up the product.

The initial interactions with Manu, were okay, but soon after I felt like I was getting spammed. I opted to pick up the phone in person rather than having it shipped since we were in the same town. Before even driving over to the meet up spot, he started messaging me to let Swappa know I got the item, which I didn't. I told him I would when I got the product, made sure it was what I paid for and got home safely. By the time I got home I had 3-5 more messages spamming me to let Swappa know I received the phone. I told him I would, and shortly after getting home and reviewing the item I did. There was no need to spam me. I contacted Manu letting him know of the faulty charger, he said he would send me a new one, and that has been months ago now.

Communication from the seller was slow, confusing, and often offensive. The delivered phone was as described, but the overall experience was poor. I would not buy from this seller again, at any price: The hassle and uncertainty is not worth it.
