The phone came in quick. The only complaint I have is that the corner of the metal frame was gashed which was not detailed in the listing.

Got a great deal on a great phone from John. Communication was great throughout the process even though this occurred during the Christmas Holiday.

Seller put that the item was not rooted, not modified on the sale page.
Item was still currently bootloaded and previously rooted.
Seller claimed to purchase the device from a store and that the bootloading was necessary, but later discovered it was actually previously purchased on Swappa (where it was listed as bootloaded & rooted) and resold on Swappa.
Seller listed refunds accepted but then refused to provide a refund.
After a successful dispute with Paypal the money was refunded and device was returned.

Seller was very responsive and provided phone as listed.

The order was received promptly and the tablet was in excellent (mint) condition as advertised.

This seller was corporative with answering any question through the transaction. The device is just as described and works great!
