Seller was initially unresponsive to multiple emails--- then Swappa Staff was alerted and had to finally step in. Seller then changed his mind and did not complete the return, blaming me and citing "Buyer's Remorse" even though I clearly explained that I had the same OS issue that the seller had.

So for multiple reasons including unresponsiveness and breaking one's word I would not buy from again and can not trust. Unbiased professional review: I've bought 17 phones over 7 years here on Swappa alone and dozens each on other platforms like Craigslist, Amazon, eBay etc and have never had this kind of situation.
