There is nothing worse than a lying seller. I received the item in a completely different condition than was promised. the phone was described in mint condition, but when I received it and took off the screen protector, I found large scratches on the phone. When I contacted the seller, he said that this is my fault and that there were no scratches on the phone when he sent it to me. Yes, he did work with me, but I didn't get what I want and I'm not satisfied with this purchase. I would not recommend this seller to anyone!!!

Received a response from the seller within a few hours of purchasing. He let me know the plan to wipe the laptop, ship it, and even provide a tracking number. If I didn't know better, the laptop would look new. Came in box, plastic wrap and all. Shipment was fast. Thank you again!
