Swappa ship time is 48 business hours. To no fault of the seller they couldn’t meet that, but refused to refund because I wouldn’t get it in time any more. Biggest problem is the screen. It was listed as a small ding on the side but no scratches, the screen has scratches all over it (some deep). This is a gift so very frustrating.
