Very quick shipping. Contrary to the picture in the listing the screen is marred. I suspect it was to do with preparing for shipping. New items usually have a plastic cover on screens to be removed by the buyer. I suppose that helps prevent this kind of thing. The model and serial number on the box don't match the item. Was this replaced at some point? Installed and works perfectly. In service the marks on the face are not critical.
