Discovered some months after purchase the phone sold to me was NOT 16gb as advertised, but 8gb. Seller was unwilling to do anything to make this right: "I shouldn't be out anything on this deal". Swappa was no help in bringing about a resolution. So now I have an 8gb phone I have no use for. I'm done with Swappa

The phone was in great condition. The phone was technically not AT&T though. the IMEI came back as a verizon IMEI. This was not a big deal, and if the seller was not the first owner may not have even known, since the iPhone 5C Verizon type is GSM unlocked and can be used on AT&T without issue. EXTREMELY happy with sale process and quality of seller.

Seller shipped the same day I purchased the phone! The only reason I didn't give the seller five stars is because the phone is not in "mint" condition as was advertised; there are several scuffs along the top edges and corners of the phone, and there are small blemishes near the bottom of the screen. Otherwise, the phone works, and it was shipped very quickly.
