Jerome was great! He answered every question expeditiously. I purchased without confirming from him he would unlock the phone and include a charger. He was asked to do so in the comments section and had agreed, so I assumed he would do the same with me, which he did, even after i had purchased.

He rated the phone in fair condition, for moderate screen burn and a small ding. I could barely see the screen burn and have yet to find the small ding. The phone looks brand new to me! It came in it's original box. I couldn't be more pleased with the transaction!

I bought the phone on Saturday Afternoon, he shipped it on Monday and I received it on Wednesday, the week before Christmas!
