Seller switched Otterbox case from the ad with another unnamed case and waited two days to tell me that he wouldn't be able to ship for another week. I did get a refund after Swappa staff involvement.

The phone arrived in the condition stated but... it was shipped in a completely over sized box, inside another box with the accessories and inside box bouncing around. Not sure this was the best method and the seller had plenty of time to prepare the package (4 days). I expected it to be damaged from the sound of it. Actually videoed the opening. Please consider packing more professionally.
