A humiliating experience, seller refusing to return an item clearly not sold as described. A PayPal dispute had to be filed and it took over a month for the money to be returned and I still had to pay shipping cost back. This experience guarantees I will never use swappa again. You are better off buying from any other reputable trusted merchant who guarantees policy will be enforced when it’s clearly violated.
