I received and purchased this as a replacement phone for my wife; wifey has pointed out that there is some slight dmg (probably from a drop) on the top left of the phone and the battery life of this phone has begun to degrade thus shutting off once reaching 20%; though it would have been nice to have no dings of bings on the phone these things are expected and it doesn't seem to be affecting the phones performance; additionally, the battery life all all phones begin to degrade within a couple years typically and the need to replace this battery was expected which is why a phone with a removable case was the big plus for this phone.
