My experience with this seller was the worst that I've ever had on this platform. The seller constantly lied throughout the process. She changed her story several times to explain why she was late shipping the item, expediting shipping to make up for it, who was shipping the item, when the item was being shipped, when the item had already shipped, and why she couldn't provide tracking.

Despite multiple Swappa staff members getting involved, she kept making different excuses and asking for extensions to provide tracking information. She never shipped the item, despite claiming multiple times that she had already done so.

Save yourself the headache and do not attempt to buy from this seller. People like this should not be allowed to ruin the experience on Swappa for others as consistently as she has. Don't just take my word for it. Check the other reviews. This platform would be a better place without this fraudulent seller.

Seller never provided shipping information but claimed to still have sent the phone. It never came. Seller did refund, but became hostile when I filed a problem with PayPal over the sale.

The watch is in mint condition as described and would buy again.

Tablet was as advertised. Great condition, with extras. Fast shipping. Would buy from seller again.

Seller did not ship item, however, I was fully refunded within 24 hours without any explanation at all.

She did not communicate very well and she didn't send the phone when she was supposed to. Swappa had to get involved and tell her to send it. I was very disappointed and was very nervous that I was going to be screwed out of the phone.

Awful communication! Took two weeks to resolve a simple issue. Seller accuse me of lying about missing items. Seller kept insisting that they sent such missing items but never offered a tracking number and the items never showed up. Blames me? Phone was okay but experience was awful. Good luck if you choose to buy from this seller!
