The device arrived in mint condition and works perfectly as described.
The seller was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns I had.

I have had the phone about a week. Twice now it has shut off with refusing to turn back on unless plugged in. the first time was the first day i had it. once i find my way to a power source andit turns on the battery the first time was at 53% the second at 43% so zero reason to shut off. it also has a hard time getting gps. seems to me I was sold a phone with a shot battery or a phone that had water damn. terrible experience. would not recommend swappa and would never buy from this seller again.

The phone came quickly in the mail. I activated the phone to my service today. Works great, still looks new.
