Seller responded quickly and mailed out package on the same day as the purchase. Item arrived in an appropriately-sized box. Protection could have been a bit nicer but no damage occurred to the item, so I view this as a nitpick. Would do business again!

Seller shipped quickly. The device was nearly as stated. The only problem I had was the charge port was really loose. That was not stated in the ad. A simple fix remedied the problem but I think that should have been mentioned prior to buying. All in all a good experience and I would buy from seller again.
