The phone arrived not packed in any protection and was flopping around the box. The box itself was covered in food and smelled strongly of peanut butter. It was completely unacceptable. Luckily, the phone is in working condition with no additional damage from poor packing. Not happy with this sale.

Turns out device had non-disclosed third party repairs. Initially seller agreed to refund if I returned the device; I returned it and he never acknowledged receipt nor provided refund. Required a paypal dispute escalation to get my money back. Won't be buying from Surge Technology again.

Seller was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with! He answered all my questions promptly. I would be willing to pay extra for UPS or FedEx shipping next time though. Otherwise, the item was in mint condition as described with no problems that I can see. Thanks!
