Received quickly and device looks and performs as expected. Timely response to queries (the bootloader was unlocked and there seemed to be an issue with waking from doze, I reflashed with factory images and seems fine now).

So it turns out that this phone has a defective GPS. I am told that I am stuck with it. Not a good transaction. I am now left with the only option of chasing warranty claims with Verizon and LG. Buyer beware!
