Extremely fast shipping! I had a couple problems initially with the phone. One was battery life. I contacted the seller & they were willing to send a new battery free of charge. There was a different activation issue with this particular phone and seller was initially not wanting to take a return. However, after explaining the problem more, the seller did issue a return even though they usually do not do so.
