The sale experience was amazing. Great person to talk to and made sure everything arrived safely. I’ve used the Surface Pro 7 near daily since receiving it. It worked well- everything I had hoped. However, about a week ago I started having some issues with the pen communicating with the screen. A week later the screen brightness has been turned all the way down, and the screen has stopped working entirely. I’ll be taking it to get fixed tomorrow and hopefully it’ll be good. No complaints at all about the sale though. Thank you very much! Great website!
