Zero on a scale of 1 to 5. This was the worst experience I have ever had with online purchasing. Seller made minimal effort to respond to my questions and ignored my request for additional photos. I wanted this iPad Pro for work and needed to take it on an upcoming trip. Seller failed to communicate at many points. Finally he sent a message saying he didn’t think anyone was interested in buying it so he didn’t check his messages. He also claimed to not have phone service. He not only failed to notify me of shipping and tracking per SWAPPA policy he defiantly stated he couldn’t ship the item for days & couldn’t get it delivered before I had to leave for my trip. His last excuse was he was not a retail store and his life was more important than his obligations toward a seller who had already paid the asking price for his item. I don’t know if this shitstorm ends here because I don’t have the refund yet. Beware of this seller, I suspect he was uncooperative because he wanted to sell up.

Not the fastest shipper. The USPS was the real problem as usual lately. Their quality service has really gone downhill. Took over a week from the time I bought the phone to get it. When I received it, it was actually as described. Thanks.

For the last 2 months and a half with this phone. I would love to buy another phone but next time, please say all the problems with this phone. When I received this phone, I had two problems with it. The ear receiver for incoming calls and the battery. The battery is bad but I can adjust until I upgrade to a newer phone. Overall, Im glad to be back in the Iphone family????
