Seller was amazingly patient and helpful. The phone I purchased did not work because the towers in my area no longer supported it (something neither of us could have known). Not only did Kyle refund my money; but he did so after allowing me to test the phone for almost 2 weeks! Kyle has been, by far, the most pleasant, professional, and wonderful seller on any platform I have dealt with online. I wish he ran every online business I ever shopped with!
