i received the item within a few days of buying it, which was great except that it came wrapped in bags and ripped bubble wrap and encased in a filthy old snap-on case and the phone hadn't been wiped down underneath it. in my initial test i learned that the ear piece speaker doesn't work, which i didn't mind because i always use a headset or speaker setting to converse, but that hadn't been described in the original listing as far as i recall. now i've had the phone about a month and i realize it's internal microphone for recording also buzzes so when i record audio and video the quality of it is not great. it took me a while to realize that it was indeed the phone, which i discovered after numerous experiments trying to deal with the issue. as far as i recall that detail wasn't disclosed before hand, either. overall it's my bad for not doing a more through investigation as soon as i got it, and i also wouldn't buy from this seller again.
