I believe I got the issue resolved with the phone. Nonetheless, stay away from this seller. He ignored the first 4-5 messages after purchase of an issue until it got serious enough that Paypal was the next step. Seller was not helpful at all and wanted me to handle the issue with the phone manufacture instead of holding any reasonability. It's not the buyer's problem to have to deal with the manufacture. STAY AWAY
