Will not be able to inspect the phone for another few days but package was received.

I had to check received all ordered items to complete sale, but I did not. When I inquired about it, was then told a puppy chewed it up. Asked why I wasn't told this early on or why was it even included in the listing. But was told that I got a good deal and if it was that important he would send. Everything should be upfront, always. So even though I'll mark positive, I'd say not quite. I didn't like being told that since I got a good deal, the rest wasn't important. And the item not received was the charging cable.

Phone arrived in a timely manner. The condition is just as described which is in really good condition. I bought a verizon note10+ 5g to use with a T-Mobile sim and while at first I thought it didn’t work it works just fine and is unlocked just as the seller mentioned. If I had to do it again I would purchase from this seller again and recommend him. I got the phone at a great price, great condition, works as expected, and shipped in a timely manner and included everything the seller mentioned. Would highly recommend
